Brother's Bond Distilling Company was launched in 2021 by actors and longtime friends Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. The brand may be headquartered in Plano, Texas, and operate a facility in Columbia, Tennessee, but its distillation partner, MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, handles the actual whiskey production.

At 40% ABV, Brother’s Bond Bourbon 80 Proof presents a golden amber pour with a gentle, approachable profile. The aroma opens with soft vanilla and honeyed cereal grains, giving way to light oak, warm spice, and a touch of dried fruit. Its finish is clean and mellow, leaving a faint sweetness and subtle peppery note.

Brother’s Bond Cask Strength Bourbon offers a rich amber pour and a bold, full-bodied profile and is bottled at around 57.5% ABV/115 proof. The nose features floral perfume, sweet fruit, and toasted oak. On the palate, dried apple, caramel, and toffee blend with warm spice and vanilla. The finish is long and smoky, with dry oak, tingling spice, and lingering warmth.
