1. Delivery Information
At Craft Cask, we aim to provide prompt and reliable delivery throughout South Africa.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery Charges:
Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping nationwide.
For orders below R1000, a flat delivery fee of R125 applies.
Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or charges.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number for you to follow your parcel’s progress.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delays or extra charges.
3. Returns Policy
At Craft Cask, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in a resellable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened bottles of whiskey or other alcohol products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
5. Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement.
